单螺杆压缩机在国内尚处于初期发展阶段,有不少理论和实际问题需要解决。本文根据单螺杆压缩机中螺杆和星轮相互啮合的原理,使用圆柱坐标和极坐标分析,推导出了二种不同成型规律的螺杆型线方程,并得到了相应的星轮叶片成型规则;推导建立了完善的螺旋槽容积计算公式和相应的简化计算式。通过这些公式可以得到完全准确的结果和误差小于1%的简化计算值。还可编成计算机程序,以便进行大量的具有各种不同参数的方案计算,能很快得出结果,选出最佳方案。文中还有两种公式的实例计算结果。这些对单螺杆压缩机的进一步研究和发展,具有普遍适用的意义。
Single-screw compressor in China is still in the early stages of development, there are many theoretical and practical problems to be solved. According to the principle of intermeshing screw and star wheel in single-screw compressor, two kinds of screw profile equations are deduced by cylindrical coordinate and polar coordinate analysis, and the formation rules of star wheel are deduced. Established a perfect spiral groove volume calculation formula and the corresponding simplified calculation formula. These formulas give completely accurate results and simplified calculations with errors of less than 1%. It can also be programmed into a computer program in order to carry out a large number of program calculations with a variety of different parameters, to arrive at results quickly and to select the best solution. There are two examples of calculation results. These single-screw compressors for further research and development has universal significance.
