本文通过研究新环境下医院建设招标阶段投资控制与管理得到以下结论:除了做好每一阶段的控制与管理工作外,与项目咨询、设计、监理等单位通过合同形式约定各自的概算控制职责和义务,使各相关参与单位形成合力,才能有效地控制医院建设项目的投资,把项目建设的总投资控制在核定的初设概算内。
In this paper, through the research of investment control and management in the bidding stage of hospital construction under new environment, we get the following conclusions: besides the control and management in each stage, we negotiate with the project consulting, design and supervision units on the budget estimates and control responsibilities Obligation to enable all relevant participating units to work together to effectively control the investment in hospital construction projects and control the total investment in the project construction within the approved initial estimates.
