运用结构方程模型,提出基于知识的质量管理系统中关键要素之间的相互关系的概念模型和基本假设。通过有效问卷调查获得数据,将采集的数据导入AMOS软件,通过数据验证和模型修正,得到关键要素之间的相互关系以及关键要素对过程、结果的作用关系,确定领导的核心地位和知识链的重要作用,为企业进行质量管理模式的改革提供新的思路和理论依据。
