本案是友邦自主投入,通过工业园的设计转型并开放给公众使用的试验场,土地利用上更多考虑的如何合理的利用,并创造出企业的文化属性。友邦集成吊顶总部园区项目由阔合出任总建筑师,联合其他7家国际知名建筑事务所共同打造新江南的人文空间。在国际化与地域性矛盾之间,建筑师角色及权限发生了变化——主导整个项目的建构,进而成为连接社会群体的沟通媒介,作为一种源动力重新塑造地方文化,代表部份中国的制造业,在其由量到质的转变中,承担社会及文化所赋予的使命。
This case is a test ground that is exclusively invested by our allies, transformed through the design of industrial parks and opened up to the public. More reasonable consideration is given to the utilization of land and the cultural attributes of enterprises are created. The project of AIA Integrated Ceiling Headquarters Park is jointly established by General Co-Consultants and together with seven other internationally renowned architectural firms to create a new cultural space in the New Jiangnan area. Between internationalization and regional conflicts, the architects’ roles and powers have changed - leading the construction of the entire project and thus becoming a medium of communication connecting with social groups as a source of momentum to reshape the local culture and to represent part of China Manufacturing, in its transformation from quantity to quality, assumes the mission entrusted by society and culture.
