析出强化效应差是镁合金研究和开发过程中存在的重要问题.本文报道了添加微量重稀土元素镱(Yb)对变形镁合金ZK60的析出相和力学性能的影响.用金属型铸锭和热挤压的方法制备了含Yb1.78wt%(0.26at%)的ZK60-Yb镁合金,用透射电子显微镜等对挤压态和经过T6热处理的合金进行了观察研究,发现Yb对合金的析出相和析出行为的影响非常显著,合金在挤压过程中出现了动态析出现象,T6热处理得到了均匀的高度弥散的纳米级球状析出相,颗粒直径5~20nm,分布间距10~30nm.合金具有优异的析出强化效应,室温最高抗拉强度达到417.5MPa.
Precipitation hardening effect is an important issue existing in the research and development of magnesium alloys.This paper reports the effects of addition of trace heavy rare earth element ytterbium (Yb) on the precipitation phase and mechanical properties of the as-cast ZK60 magnesium alloy.With the metal ingot and heat Extruded ZK60-Yb magnesium alloy containing Yb1.78wt% (0.26at%) was prepared. The extruded state and the T6 heat-treated alloy were observed by transmission electron microscopy and the like.
