依靠职工群众,民主评议厂级和二级领导班子、领导干部这项工作,我们整整坚持了10年。特别是近几年来,我们认真总结了经验教训,逐步形成制度化、规范化,其效果更加明显,有力地促进了各级领导班子的建设。全厂两级领导班子精神振奋,团结一心,勤奋务实,带领全厂职工摆脱困境,取得了较好的经营业绩。 依靠职工群众民主评议领导班子和领导干部,是企业建立监督约束机制的重要组成部分,是加强领导班子建设的有效途径和形式,是落实全心全意依靠工人阶级,保障职工主人翁权利的重要措施,
We relied on the masses of workers and workers, the democratic appraisal of the factory-level and second-level leadership and leading cadres in this work, and we persisted for 10 years. In recent years in particular, we have conscientiously summed up our experiences and lessons and gradually formed a system of institutionalization and standardization. The effect is even more pronounced, effectively promoting the building of leading bodies at all levels. The whole factory two levels of leadership inspire, united as one, diligent and pragmatic, leading the entire factory workers get out of the woods, and achieved good business performance. Relying on the masses of workers and staff to appraise the leading bodies and leading cadres democratically is an important part of enterprises in establishing a mechanism for supervision and restraint. It is an effective way and form of strengthening the construction of leading bodies and an important measure for implementing the principle of wholeheartedly relying on the working class and safeguarding the rights and interests of employees.
