本研究通过建立的臭氧(O3)致衰老的小鼠模型,采用改良硫代巴比妥酸荧光法,观察了云南花粉田七口服液(YunNan Pollen Tienchi Oral Liquid,简称 YN-PTOL)预处理对血浆和心肌中脂质过氧化物(Lipid Peroxide, LPO)含量的影响。结果表明:预处理实验组LPO含量明显低于空白对照组和阳性对照组(P<0.05),但空白对照组与阳性对照组相比,差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。这表明:YN-PTOL预处理对O_3致衰老小鼠模型的自由基损伤具有明显保护作用,是一种预防与治疗 O3损伤的有效药物。
In this study, we established a mouse model of aging induced by ozone (O3) and treated with Yunnean Pollen Tienchi Oral Liquid (YN-PTOL) Effect of Lipid Peroxide (LPO) in Plasma and Myocardium. The results showed that the content of LPO in the pretreatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group and the positive control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the blank control group and the positive control group (P> 0.05) . This shows that: YN-PTOL pretreatment of O 3 -induced mouse model of free radical damage has a significant protective effect, is an effective drug to prevent and treat O3 damage.
