目的:为威灵仙类药材的开发和利用提供鉴别依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱组法对浙产6种铁线莲属植物进行分析鉴别。结果:扬子铁线莲、毛蕊铁线莲、柱果铁线莲的薄层色谱有其特征斑点;6种铁线莲属植物的紫外谱线组图谱存在差异。结论:方法简便、可靠,可用于鉴别该6种铁线莲属植物。
Objective: To provide identification basis for the development and utilization of Clematis herbs. Methods: Six kinds of Clematis plants in Zhejiang Province were identified by TLC and UV spectrophotometry. Results: The thin layer chromatogram of Clematis plutella and Mint, Clematis indicum has its characteristic spots; There are differences in the UV spectrum of 6 species of Clematis. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable and can be used to identify the six kinds of Clematis plants.
