目的探讨空气加压舱夹层氧浓度的监测及控制方法。方法使用改造前后的HKC22型医用空气加压舱(试验舱),人为造成漏氧,空舱加压,分别检测舱内以及夹层氧浓度。结果改造前的试验舱舱内、夹层的氧浓度分别为21.3%、30.1%,相差较大,而改造后的试验舱舱内、夹层的氧浓度分别为24.0%、24.1%,两者基本一致。结论采用安装可拆卸的、孔状通气栅格不锈钢装饰板可监测和控制夹层氧浓度,此方法简单实用,可行性强,易于推广使用。
Objective To investigate the monitoring and control method of oxygen concentration in air ballast tanks. Methods The HKC22 medical air pressurization chamber (test chamber) before and after retrofit was used to cause oxygen leakage and cavity pressurization. The concentrations of oxygen in the chamber and interlayer were detected respectively. Results The oxygen concentrations in the pre-modification test cabin were 21.3% and 30.1% respectively, which were quite different. The oxygen concentrations in the modified test cabin were 24.0% and 24.1% respectively, which were basically the same . Conclusion The installation of removable, hole-shaped ventilation grid stainless steel decorative panels to monitor and control sandwich oxygen concentration, this method is simple and practical, feasible, easy to promote the use.
