由于研制的充液拉深装备具有超高压特点,为适应计算机过程控制的需要,超高压压力控制系统中采用了减压装置,文中对减压装置的动态特性、缸体的强度、以及密封结构等问题进行了分析研究。并对超高压压力控制系统的动态响应性能进行了分析,为压力控制系统方案的确定提供了一定的理论依据,并根据实际情况选择了合适的超高压压力控制系统形式。
