目的采用离子交换色谱间接紫外光度法测定羟乙膦酸钠片中羟乙膦酸钠的含量。方法采用Waters IC-Pak A阴离子交换柱(50 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.03 mol.L-1邻苯二甲酸氢钾溶液,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温25℃。结果羟乙膦酸钠0.112~2.187 mg.mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于羟乙膦酸钠片中羟乙膦酸钠的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of etidronate sodium in etidronate sodium tablets by ion exchange chromatography indirect UV spectrophotometry. Methods Waters IC-Pak A anion exchange column (50 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was 0.03 mol·L-1 potassium hydrogen phthalate solution and the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 290 nm, Column temperature 25 ℃. Results The linear relationship between etidronate 0.112 ~ 2.187 mg.mL-1 and peak area was good (r = 0.9995, n = 5). The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.5% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of etidronate sodium in etidronate tablets.
