管理类课程的教学模式应当围绕着可以提高学生的应用能力进行。应用能力分为通用能力、专业能力、支持能力。案例教学强调理论转化为应用,培养了学生的专业能力;案例汇报需制作PPT强化了计算机应用能力;案例讨论需要团队合作,培养了学生团队合作能力、沟通能力、创新能力、组织能力等支持能力。笔者通过问卷调查,了解学生对教学的需求,具体提出案例教学要围绕着一个中心、四个过程、四个措施来进行。
The teaching mode of management courses should focus on the application ability of students. Application capacity is divided into general ability, professional ability, support ability. The case teaching emphasizes the transformation of theory into application and cultivates the students ’professional abilities. The case report needs to be made PPT to strengthen the computer application ability. The case discussion needs the teamwork and cultivates students’ teamwork ability, communication ability, innovation ability and organizational ability . The author through questionnaires to understand the needs of students in teaching, specifically put forward case teaching should focus on a center, four processes, four measures to carry out.
