一、前言有关车轴钢承受冲击载荷时的疲劳破坏特性尚不清楚。因此,有必要研究与非冲击疲劳相比,冲击疲劳在哪方面存在危险性,并反映给设计和维修部门。本文扼要地介绍这方面的研究结果:从新干线车轴材料上切取试样,使用松村式冲击疲劳试验机,在常温和-30℃两种温度下进行冲击疲劳试验,得出断裂寿命和裂纹扩展速度等;通过X射线分析和用电子显微镜观察断口,研究了车轴钢的冲击疲劳破坏特性。
I. INTRODUCTION The fatigue failure characteristics of axle steel under impact load are not clear. Therefore, it is necessary to study where there is a risk of impact fatigue in comparison with non-impact fatigue and reflect it to the design and repair department.
