企业项目管理有两个层面的含义,一个是指企业按照项目进行管理,另一个是指对企业内的项目进行管理。从企业项目的实施方案上划分,企业内部的项目可分为两类,一类是由企业内部人员完成的项目,另一类是企业常年有基本建设投资并直接参与项目管理且需要部分委托企业外组织完成的项目,我们狭义地将这类项目管理称之为“企业工程项目管理”。我国企业大部分都处在发展和完善阶段,有些企业在项目管理的结构和方法上与项目管理的理论模式之间存在着很大差别,致使企业不能完全按照“项目管理”管理企业的项目。
