目的探讨肝癌衍生生长因子相关蛋白2(hepatoma-derived growth factor related protein-2,HRP-2)和肝癌衍生生长因子相关蛋白3(HRP-3)在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法选取2005年3月~2012年8月间我院诊治的56例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,以同期56例行颅脑损伤内减压手术患者为对照组,用实时定量聚合酶链反应(RT-QPCR)法测定两组患者HRP-2和HRP-3的表达水平,并分析其与生存时间的相关性。结果胶质瘤组患者的HRP-2和HRP-3表达水平均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);HRP-2高表达组的生存时间与HRP-2低表达组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.455,P=0.500);HRP-3高表达组的生存时间则显著低于HRP-3低表达组(χ~2=5.872,P=0.015)。结论 HRP-2和HRP-3在胶质瘤细胞中均呈现异常高表达,且HRP-3的过表达与患者生存时间缩短紧密相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of hepatoma-derived growth factor related protein-2 (HRP-2) and hepatocellular carcinoma-derived growth factor-related protein 3 (HRP-3) in glioma and its relationship with prognosis relationship. Methods From March 2005 to August 2012, 56 patients with glioma diagnosed and treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Fifty-six patients undergoing decompression surgery with craniocerebral injury were enrolled in this study. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction The expression of HRP-2 and HRP-3 in two groups were determined by RT-PCR. The correlation between HRP-2 and HRP-3 was analyzed. Results The expression levels of HRP-2 and HRP-3 in glioma group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The survival time in HRP-2 high expression group was significantly lower than that in HRP-2 low expression group (Χ ~ 2 = 0.455, P = 0.500). The survival time of HRP-3 high expression group was significantly lower than that of HRP-3 low expression group (χ ~ 2 = 5.872, P = 0.015). Conclusion Both HRP-2 and HRP-3 are highly expressed in glioma cells, and the over-expression of HRP-3 is closely related to the shortened survival time of patients.
