Fe(Ⅲ)/Y型沸石是近年来开发成功的常压渣油加氢裂化工业催化剂的主要成分,对其制备、Fe(Ⅲ)的状态和催化性能业已研究,但对其吸附一氧化氮的IR光谱尚未见文献进行过详细报道.本文对此进行了研究,观察到样品的预处理温度、吸附及脱附时间和Fe(Ⅲ)含量对Fe(Ⅲ)/Y型沸石吸附一氧化氮的IR光谱有较大影响,并提出在Fe(Ⅲ)/Y中Fe(Ⅲ)对沸石表面羟基的影响是其吸附一氧化氮行为变化的原因.本文的研究对该类型催化材料在NO_x分解或选择催化还原中的应用是重要的.
Fe (Ⅲ) / Y zeolite is the main component of the industrial residue of hydrocracking for atmospheric residuum successfully developed in recent years. Its preparation, state of Fe (Ⅲ) and its catalytic activity have been studied. However, its adsorption of nitric oxide IR spectra have not been reported in detail.In this paper, we studied the effects of pretreatment temperature, adsorption and desorption time and Fe (Ⅲ) content on the adsorption of nitric oxide on Fe (Ⅲ) / Y zeolite IR spectra of Fe (Ⅲ) / Y and suggested that the effect of Fe (Ⅲ) on the surface hydroxyl groups of zeolite is the reason for its change in the adsorption of nitric oxide. In this paper, Or choose to use in catalytic reduction is important.
