宪法学是法学本科生的专业必修课,基本上都在50课时左右,在法学知识体系中具有重要地位。宪法学本身是一种理解中国宪法规范和实践的专业知识,同时又是其他法学专业知识的基础。目前,宪法学的教学偏重于教师在课堂上的理论教学,即通过对宪法学的基本概念、范畴以及原则进行深入的逻辑分析与解释,从而为学生提供宪法学的理论体系。但是,从教学效果来分析,宪法学教学结束后,学生虽然对宪法的基本理论有所掌握,但仍然对基本概念和原理缺乏理解,不仅知识体系碎片化,而且对中国的《宪法》
Constitutional law is a required course for undergraduates majoring in law, which are basically all around 50 hours and have an important position in the legal knowledge system. Constitutional law itself is a specialized knowledge of China’s constitutional norms and practices, at the same time it is the basis of other legal expertise. At present, the teaching of constitutional law emphasizes teachers’ theoretical teaching in the classroom, that is to provide students with the theoretical system of constitutional law through in-depth logical analysis and interpretation of the basic concepts, categories and principles of constitutional law. However, from the teaching effect analysis, after the end of the teaching of constitutional law, although the students have mastered the basic theory of the constitution, they still lack the understanding of the basic concepts and principles, not only the fragmentation of the knowledge system, but also of China’s “Constitution”
