血液透析使尿毒症患者得以维持和延长生命。但各种与血透有关的急、慢性并发症也随之而来。为探讨这些并发症的发病机理,以及血透时机体生理的影响,提高患者生存质量,各国学者已从不同的角度进行研究。现知细胞因子中的TNF和IL-6在免疫和炎症中起着重要的作用,而血透中透析膜的生物相容性反应可以激发机体的免疫应答,血透患者的低免疫力使其容易并发感染,因此,上述两种因子在血透患者中的作用引人关心。为了研究TNF、IL-6在血透中的作用,我们对进行血透的20倒无明显并发症的患者进行了TNP、IL-6的测定和分析,现报告如下。
Hemodialysis allows uremic patients to maintain and prolong life. However, various hemodialysis-related acute and chronic complications also follow. To explore the pathogenesis of these complications, as well as the impact of hematopoietic organism and improve the quality of life of patients, scholars from different countries have studied from different angles. Now known cytokines TNF and IL-6 play an important role in the immune and inflammation, and hematopoietic dialysis membrane biocompatibility response can stimulate the body’s immune response, hemodialysis patients with low immunity to its Easily complicated by infection, therefore, the above two factors in the role of hemodialysis patients cause concern. To investigate the role of TNF and IL-6 in hemodialysis, TNP and IL-6 were measured and analyzed in 20 patients without any significant complications of hemodialysis and are reported below.
