在载荷控制下采用高加载速率的试验方法,测定了三种不同氧化铝材料在室温、空气介质条件下的K_R曲线。试验采用单边缺口弯曲试样,用位移控制法预制裂纹。由不同裂纹长度的试样计算得到K_R曲线。结果表明,K_R与裂纹长度无关。这一结果与通常测得的上升型K_R曲线行为相矛盾。
The K_R curves of three kinds of alumina materials under room temperature and air medium conditions were measured under the load control using a high loading rate test method. The test uses unilateral bending test specimens and prefabricates cracks with displacement control method. K_R curves were calculated from the specimens with different crack lengths. The results show that K_R is independent of crack length. This result contradicts the generally measured ascending K_R curve behavior.
