目的为提高检测效率、降低检测成本、提高检测的准确性。方法采用双道原子荧光法在硼氢化钠-盐酸体系中、选择适宜仪器条件,对生活饮用水中的砷和汞的含量同时测定。结果砷、汞检出限分别为0.096、0.008 3μg/L,线性范围分别为0~10.0μg/L和0~2.0μg/L,通过对模拟标准水样的检测,准确度和精密度均可满足对水中砷、汞检测要求。结论该方法检测结果准确可靠,灵敏度高,操作简便,可节省检测时间和检测成本,对生活饮用水中砷、汞可同时测定,易于基层推广使用。
