为了评价 CBD_1的诱变和/或致癌作用,用~3(?)-胸腺嘧啶核苷研究 CBD_1对雄性小鼠睾丸 DNA合成的影(?)。实验结果表明 CBD_1抑制睾丸 DNA 合成。CBD_1剂量越大,睾丸 DNA 合成抑制越明显,具有剂量——效应关系。结合 Ames 试验的阳性结果,可初步检测CBD_1的诱变和/或致癌作用。
To assess the mutagenic and / or carcinogenic effects of CBD_1, the effect of CBD-1 on the DNA synthesis of testis in male mice was studied using ~3 (~) - thymidine. Experimental results show that CBD 1 inhibits testicular DNA synthesis. The larger dose of CBD_1, the more obvious inhibition of DNA synthesis in testis, with a dose-response relationship. Combined with the positive results of the Ames test, the mutagenic and / or carcinogenic effects of CBD 1 may be initially tested.
