The acoustic superlattice of LiNbO_3 crystals is constructed by alternatearrangement of 180°ferroelectric domains in one-dimension.It can be fabri-cated,in the case of a congruent melt doped with 0.3 wt% yttrium,eitherby means of so called“current-modulated method”or by means of rotationalstriations of LiNbO_3 crystals grown in non-symmetric temperature field.
