前言随着工程技术的迅速发展,对于机械设备特别是重型机械设备的动力性能要求越来越高。因此机械设计不能只建立在类比、几何定型和强度计算的基础上,而且还应当经过运动学和动力学的精确分析和定量计算,才能最后确定设计方案。鉴于国内曾发生加料斗车整体倾覆的严重事故,大连重型机器厂委托我们对这项设备(见图1)进行分析和计算。本文所提供的方法和程序,适用于以滑道摇杆——回连杆为传动链的机械设备,对其它机械设备的动力学分析也有参考价值。
Preface With the rapid development of engineering technology, more and more high demands are placed on the dynamic performance of mechanical equipment, especially heavy machinery and equipment. Therefore, mechanical design can not only be based on analogy, geometric shape and strength calculation, but also through accurate analysis and quantitative calculation of kinematics and dynamics in order to finalize the design. In view of the serious accident involving dumping of the entire bulldozer in China, Dalian Heavy Machinery Factory entrusted us with the analysis and calculation of this equipment (see Figure 1). The methods and procedures provided in this paper are applicable to the mechanical equipment that uses the slideway rocker - the connecting rod as the transmission chain. It also has reference value for the dynamic analysis of other mechanical equipment.
