采用Sr、P及Sr+P复合变质的方法改变ADC12合金中Si相的形态与分布,研究其对合金电导率及硬度的影响,并通过T6热处理进一步提升合金的综合性能。结果表明,Sr变质对合金电导率的改善效果最为明显,电导率达到19.7MS/m,提升了约30%,Sr+P复合变质的效果次之,P变质的效果最差,不同变质工艺对合金硬度的影响并不明显。通过T6热处理可以明显提升合金的电导率及硬度,Sr变质合金的电导率及硬度(HBW)分别为22.3 MS/m及130。
The morphology and distribution of Si phase in ADC12 alloy were changed by using Sr, P and Sr + P compound metamorphism to study its influence on the electrical conductivity and hardness of the alloy. The T6 heat treatment further enhanced the overall performance of the alloy. The results show that the effect of Sr modification on the electrical conductivity of the alloy is most obvious. The electrical conductivity reaches 19.7MS / m, which is increased by about 30%. The effect of Sr + P compound metamorphism is second, and the effect of P metamorphism is the worst. The effect of alloy hardness is not obvious. The electrical conductivity and hardness of the alloy can be obviously improved by T6 heat treatment. The conductivity and hardness (HBW) of Sr metamorphic alloy are respectively 22.3 MS / m and 130.
