咽异感症是耳鼻咽喉临床工作中经常遇到的主诉症状之一.我国远在宋代已知有"梅核气".目前在临床上,常将咽异感症一词用以泛指除疼痛外的多种咽部异常感觉或幻觉.尤其是病期较长者,常兼备器质性和精神性两种因素,或咽器质性疾病为时既久,精神疑虑随之而生.女性患者多于男性.
