8月2日,在中国石油管道建设项目经理部组织召开的审查会上,中国石油天然气管道工程有限公司“输气管道提高强度设计系数工业性应用研究课题:0.8设计系数管段试压施工方案”顺利通过审查。0.8设计系数是钢管用材参数,系数越高,管材韧性越强,钢板越薄。中国石油天然气管道局在保障输气管道工程质量和运行安全的前提下,依托西三线西段工程,将300 km荒漠无人区确定为0.8设计系数的工业应用段,旨在实现节能、节材、降低工程成本的目标,该工程也是0.8设计系数科研成果在国内管道建设的首次工业应用。
