我厂在引进技术中使用了一种新型安全保护装置。该装置根据调置定量扭矩过载时立即释放的原理设计而成。装置结构紧凑,主要由法兰盘1、压环2、弹簧3,座环4,球5,调整环6,骨架形衬套7组成,参见图1。压环2与调整环6是螺纹联结。扭矩大小的调置则是由调整环6通过压环2改变弹簧3压力而得到。同时扭矩的保持又是由安装在衬套7凸缘上的球5通过座环4压至弹簧3而实现。设备过载时球5从座环4凹处中离开,推动调整环6向前滑动X距离,触动限位开关,
Our factory uses a new type of safety protection device in the introduction of technology. The device is designed based on the principle of immediate release when setting the quantitative torque overload. The device has a compact structure and is mainly composed of a flange 1, a pressure ring 2, a spring 3, a seat ring 4, a ball 5, an adjustment ring 6, and a skeleton bush 7, see FIG. 1. The pressure ring 2 and the adjustment ring 6 are screwed. The adjustment of the torque is obtained by adjusting the ring 6 to change the pressure of the spring 3 through the pressure ring 2 . At the same time, the torque is maintained by the ball 5 mounted on the flange of the bushing 7 pressed against the spring 3 via the seat ring 4 . When the device is overloaded, the ball 5 leaves from the recess of the seat ring 4 , pushes the adjustment ring 6 to slide forward X distance, and activates the limit switch.
