目的:分析不同运动间歇时间对2型糖尿病大鼠股四头肌GLUT4含量的影响。方法:选择60只健康大鼠,随机选择10只大鼠作为正常对照组(C组),其余50只为实验组,经过高糖高脂饲养1个月后,死亡6只,2型糖尿病造模成功44只,随机选择40只,将40只糖尿病大鼠分为糖尿病对照组(T组)、运动间隔24h组(T1组)、运动间歇48h组(T2组)、运动间歇72h组(T3组)。实验时,各组实验大鼠进行60min的一次性中等强度的运动,分别在各组大鼠休息24h、48h和72h后,测定大鼠体内胰岛素水平,以及取大鼠骨骼四头肌测定GLUT4的含量。结果:一次性中等强度的运动之后,经过不同时间长度的休息后,各组实验大鼠体内胰岛素水平较实验前有了明显的提高(显著性水平为P<0.05),其中,T2组升高最为明显。经过不同时间长度的休息后,2型糖尿病各运动组(T1组、T2组、T3组)的大鼠股四头肌内GLUT4含量均出现明显的增加。其中,以T2组的效果最明显。结论:1)一次性中等强度运动后,经过不同间歇时间的休息后,糖尿病大鼠血糖水平与运动前相比都有了一定程度的降低,其中以间歇时间为48h组的大鼠血糖的降低水平最为明显;2)一次性中等强度运动后,不同运动间歇时间可以使糖尿病大鼠胰岛素水平得到很大程度的提升;3)一次性中等强度耐力运动后,不同间歇时间能够增加糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌中GLUT4含量,其中以间歇时间为48h组的大鼠的GLUT4含量的升高最明显。
Objective: To analyze the effects of different exercise intervals on GLUT4 content in quadriceps in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Sixty healthy rats were selected and 10 rats were randomly selected as the normal control group (C group). The remaining 50 rabbits were used as experimental group. After one month of high glucose and high fat diet, 6 mice died, Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups: diabetic control group (T group), exercise interval 24h group (T1 group), exercise intermittent 48h group (T2 group), intermittent exercise group 72h group (T3) group). During the experiment, rats in each group were subjected to a one-time moderate exercise for 60 minutes. The levels of insulin in rats were measured after resting for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h in each group, and the rats’ content. Results: After a one-time moderate-intensity exercise, the insulin levels of rats in each group increased significantly (P <0.05) after the rest of different time periods, in which the T2 group increased The most obvious. After resting for different lengths of time, the content of GLUT4 in quadriceps of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T1, T2 and T3) increased obviously. Among them, the most obvious effect of T2 group. CONCLUSIONS: 1) After a one-time exercise of moderate intensity, the blood glucose level of diabetic rats decreased to a certain degree after resting at different intervals, and the blood glucose of rats with intermittent time 48h decreased 2) After a one-time moderate-intensity exercise, different exercise intervals can greatly improve the level of insulin in diabetic rats; 3) After one-time moderate-intensity endurance exercise, different intermittent time can increase the skeletal The content of GLUT4 in muscle was the most obvious among the rats in group 48h with intermittent time.
