通过与调质处理比较,研究淬火-分配与盐浴淬火两种介稳态预备热处理对38Cr Mo Al钢渗氮后组织与硬度的影响。利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计和X射线衍射仪对渗氮层进行分析。结果表明:介稳态渗氮试样渗氮层的硬度高于常规调质渗氮层。在同一气体渗氮条件下,介稳态渗氮后化合物层厚度与渗氮层深度大于调质后渗氮的渗层。预备热处理状态对渗氮后试样表面相的组成几乎没有影响。
The effects of quenching - distribution and salt bath quenching on the microstructure and hardness of 38Cr MoAl steel after nitriding were studied by comparison with quenching and tempering treatments. The nitriding layer was analyzed by metallographic microscope, microhardness tester and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the hardness of nitrided layer in metastable nitrided sample is higher than that of conventional modified nitrided layer. Under the same gas nitriding condition, the thickness of the compound layer and the nitrided layer after the metastable nitriding are greater than the nitrided layer after the quenching and tempering. The condition of the pre-heat treatment has almost no effect on the composition of the surface phase after nitriding.
