[目的]对板蓝根和南板蓝根进行显微结构的研究。[方法]应用数码显微技术对市售不同来源的板蓝根和南板蓝根进行了显微结构的比较与分析。[结果]在两者的显微结构上,板蓝根中多见网纹导管、单粒淀粉、复粒淀粉、石细胞;南板蓝根中多见孔纹导管、具细小纹孔的薄壁细胞、单粒淀粉、钟乳体,这表明板蓝根和南板蓝根的显微结构差异显著。[结论]该研究所建立的板蓝根和南板蓝根显微结构特征可用于2种中药材的质量评价,同时也为全面研究板蓝根和南板蓝根的质量标准提供了科学依据及方法学的保障。
[Objective] The microstructure of Radix Isatidis and Radix isatidis was studied. [Method] The microstructures of Radix Isatidis and Radix isatidis from different sources were compared and analyzed by using digital microscopy. [Result] In the microstructure of the two, the reticulated duct, granular starch, granular starch and stone cells were more common in the root of Radix Isatidis. The parenchyma cells in the southern Banlangen and the parenchyma cells with small pits were single Grain starch, and bell milk body, indicating significant differences in the microstructure of the Radix isatidis and South Radix. [Conclusion] The microstructure characteristics of Radix Isatidis and Radix Nandan could be used for the quality evaluation of two kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, and provided the scientific basis and methodological guarantee for comprehensively studying the quality standard of Radix Isatidis and Radix.
