机械设备的故障诊断方法很多,对于旋转机械我们采用基于振动的机械设备故障诊断技术,通过振动监测,采用频谱分析技术可以判断出故障部位和原因。针对现场多级离心式清水泵的振动超标现象,利用恩普特的PDES-E进行状态监测,确定振动机理,并且对故障形成的原因作进一步分析。
Mechanical equipment fault diagnosis methods are many, for the rotating machinery we use vibration-based mechanical equipment fault diagnosis technology, vibration monitoring, the use of spectrum analysis technology can determine the fault location and causes. Aiming at the phenomenon of over-standard vibration of multistage centrifugal water pump in the field, Entet PDES-E was used to monitor the condition and determine the vibration mechanism. The cause of the fault was further analyzed.
