【编者按】江苏省扬州市文津中学原本是一所普通的城市初中,源于改变自身发展困境的追求,基于对课堂变革本真的草根理解,该校坚持学生立场,始终不渝地致力于课堂导学的探索与实践,经过十年的努力,实现了由薄弱学校到优质学校、品牌学校的跨越式发展,连续九年获得扬州市直学校教育教学综合考评一等奖,其课改积淀的成果——“四导四学课堂教学”(以下简称“课堂导学”)模式先后获得扬州市首届基础教育教学成果奖一
