Based on three kinds of explanation mechanisms of “structural determinism ”, “local comparative theory ” and “collective mechanism theory ” that affect the subjective feelings of residents, this article uses the social comparison theory and the 2012 “Social Development and Society Construction survey ”data, analysis of the relationship between income of urban and rural residents and self-perception (reform of sense of profit and loss) distribution of the results of reform and opening up. The research shows that under the background of urban-rural segmentation, both absolute income and relative income have a significant positive impact on the sense of profit and loss. There is a great difference between urban and rural residents in terms of the sense of gain and loss. Compared with rural residents and urban residents, urban residents do not consider themselves as reform and opening up Beneficiaries; absolute income, relative income and the interaction between urban and rural areas and resident reform have a significant positive relationship between profit and loss; absolute income, relative income on the impact of rural residents reform profit and loss significantly higher than urban residents. This paper examines the explanatory power of the two mechanisms of “structural decision ” and “local comparison ” in the context of urban-rural segregation on the differences between urban and rural residents in terms of the sense of profit and loss. At the same time, it explores the relationship between structural determinants and collective mechanisms The Regulating Effects of the Interaction Effect between Local Comparisons and Collective Mechanisms on the Perceived Impairment of Urban and Rural Residents.
