食品安全问题是目前人们最重视的问题之一,它关乎人们的身体健康,因此我们需要对食品产品质量加以重视。在此基础上也就促进了食品预测微生物学的发展,是人们不断使用数学模型来预测微生物的行为。过去,我们使用模型来预测微生物已经取得了不错的成绩,这些模型也为食品中微生物的生长提供了新的工具。本文就食品微生物生长预测模型及应用进行分析,以供参考。
The issue of food safety is one of the most important issues people care about now. It is about people’s health. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the quality of food products. On this basis, it also promotes the development of food prediction microbiology, which is the continuous use of mathematical models to predict the behavior of micro-organisms. In the past, we have made good progress using models to predict microorganisms and these models have also provided new tools for the growth of microorganisms in foods.
