流动注射分析的基础是试样塞在试剂载流申受控制的分散过程。试样和试剂在接界面上的混合和反应是严格重现的,所以不必等待化学反应达到平衡状态才测定被测物的浓度。这种方法的特点是分析速度快,溶液消耗量少和分析精密度高。单道和多道流动注射体系,停流,合并带,溶剂萃取和梯度技术等分析方法表明流动注射分析是一门新型的微量溶液高速分析技术。集成微管道系统是流动注射体系朝微型化方向发展的重要的成果。
Flow injection analysis is based on the sample plug in the reagent carrier flow control of the dispersion process. The mixing and reaction of the sample and the reagent at the interface are strictly reproducible, so it is not necessary to wait for the chemical reaction to reach equilibrium before measuring the concentration of the analyte. This method is characterized by fast analysis, low solution consumption, and high analytical precision. Single and multi-channel flow injection system, stop flow, merger zone, solvent extraction and gradient analysis methods show that flow injection analysis is a new type of high-speed micro-solution analysis. The integrated micro-pipe system is an important achievement of the miniaturization of flow injection system.
