幼儿教育的任务在于从体、智、德、美诸方面促进幼儿身心和谐地发展。观察幼儿是教师的一项基本功。《规程》明确指出:“教师必须观察,分析并记录幼儿的发展情况。”如果教师不去观察分析幼儿,不掌握每个幼儿的发展情况,就不可能了解幼儿,就不可能有效地对他进行教育,也就不可能实施《规程》要求的“因人施教”。因此,对每个幼儿做好观察记录是教师应尽的职责,是促使幼儿在原有水平上发展的重要环节。 为了贯彻执行《规程》精神,从94年秋季开始,我们将过去的工作笔记改为现在的观察记录,要求教师坚持观察,坚持记录,园领导坚持指导,坚持检查,并把这一工作要求形成制度,使每个教师都清楚做好观察记录的重要性。我园从实际出发,对各班个别儿童进行观察和对小班全体幼儿进行发展观察记录。通过观察记录,对教师在教育目标的理解方面起了重要作用,在促进幼儿自身水平上的提高与发展方面也起到了较好的效果。 一、做好幼儿个案观察记录,注重幼儿个体差异因
