目的:观察ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)治疗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松对血脂的影响。方法:60只3月龄未交配的雌性SD大鼠,腹腔手术切除双侧卵巢或等体积脂肪,分为去卵巢组(OVX组)、17α-炔雌醇组(E2组)、ω-3 PUFA小剂量组(A组)、ω-3 PUFA中剂量组(B组)、ω-3 PUFA大剂量组(C组),假手术组(Sham组)为对照。用药90 d。采血测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,并对各组血脂测定值进行比较。结果:OVX组TC、LDL-C明显高于Sham组(P<0.05,P<0.01),TG、HDL-C、HDL-C/TC无显著性差异;E2组TC高于Sham组(P<0.05),HDL-C、LDL-C、HDL-C/TC均低于OVX组(P<0.05);实验药物组(A、B、C组)大鼠HDL-C/TC显著高于E2组(P<0.01)。结论:对去卵巢大鼠用ω-3 PUFA治疗骨质疏松,对血脂的影响明显优于炔雌醇组。
Objective: To observe the effects of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFA) on blood lipid in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Sixty female SD rats of 3 months old without matings were divided into ovariectomized group (OVX group), 17α-ethinyl estradiol group (E2 group) and omega-3 PUFA low dose group (group A), ω-3 PUFA medium dose group (group B), ω-3 PUFA high dose group (group C) and sham operation group (sham group). Medication 90 d. Serum TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were determined by blood sampling, and the blood lipid levels in each group were compared. Results: The levels of TC and LDL-C in OVX group were significantly higher than those in Sham group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and there was no significant difference in TG, HDL-C and HDL-C / HDL-C, LDL-C and HDL-C / TC in HDL-C / TC group were lower than those in OVX group (P <0.05) (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Ovariectomized rats treated with omega-3 PUFA have a significantly greater effect on blood lipids than ethinylestradiol in treating osteoporosis.
