所有的教师在教学中都要与学生进行交流,可以说没有交流就没有教学,交流质量的优劣直接影响教学质量和学生学习效果。课堂交流并不仅仅是言语交流的过程,它是言语和非言语交流的过程。作为教师,我们要从学生的理解水平出发,通过有效的教学交流,使学生理解、相信、思考、感知并行动。我们要想办法帮助学生成为更好的倾听者,集中注意力投入到学习中。新奇性和具体性可以促进学生成为更好的倾听者,集中注意力投入到学习中。
All teachers in teaching must communicate with students, we can say there is no teaching without communication, the quality of communication directly affect the quality of teaching and student learning results. Classroom communication is not just the process of verbal communication, it is the process of verbal and nonverbal communication. As teachers, we should start from students’ understanding level and make students understand, believe, think, perceive and act through effective teaching exchange. We need to find ways to help students become better listeners and focus their attention on learning. Novelty and specificity can promote students to be better listeners and focus their attention on learning.
