本文对诊断为口疮的50例患者的临床特征进行了分析:年龄6～80岁,平均36.6岁,49例白种人,1例东方人,其中29例为女性。口腔溃疡持续的时间从4周到40年,平均11.1年,29例患者病程短于5年,11例长于10年。在过去的治疗中主要症状没有减轻。本研究采取早期局部应用0.1％或0.2％醋酸去炎松混悬液或全身性强的松冲击治疗或两者同时应用。在治疗上确定类固醇激素单独局部应用或全身治疗联合应用的依据是:①溃疡的数目;③溃疡的大小;
In this paper, the clinical features of 50 patients diagnosed as aphthous ulcers were analyzed: age 6 to 80 years (mean 36.6 years), 49 white and 1 Oriental, 29 of whom were women. Oral ulcers lasting from 4 weeks to 40 years, an average of 11.1 years, 29 patients shorter than 5 years duration, 11 cases longer than 10 years.
