一、原料气增压的压力和制冷温度目前,油田轻烃回收装置大多数采用的是冷冻法,即首先把所需的烃从油田气中冷凝下来,再将凝液在塔中进行分馏。无论是氨冷、丙烷制冷,还是膨胀制冷,都需把原料气增压。但究竞压缩到多大压力才合适,需要考虑的因素很多,但首先应弄清在组成一定的情况下(已知进装置的原料气组成),其压力、温度的变化与液化率的关系。因为要使目标产品达到一定收率,必须保证一定的液化率。
