Digging the potential of cement, the pre-activated cement slurry, can save the cement, but also can greatly improve the strength of concrete indicators. The use of a cement activation device-8 (Automation Intelligence Materials No. 906712, No. 916332) developed by the Nikolaevsky branch of the Academy of Building Engineering of Odessa enables the continuous activation of a large volume of grout. Its working principle is based on the combined effect of the cement slurry in the horizontal and vertical directions of vibration, vacuum, ultrasonic vibration, cavitation and so on. This device works as follows (see Figure 1).
