新闻背景:10月1日起,《山西省女职工劳动保护条例》正式实施,这是该省一部综合性的女职工劳动保护的专门性地方法规。值得注意的是,山西省将女职工“更年期”也纳入劳动保护的范围。《条例》规定:经二级医疗机构确诊为更年期综合症的女职工,如治疗效果仍不显著,本人提出不能适应原劳动岗位的,用人单位应当安排其他适合劳动岗位。此前,国务院2012年颁布的《女职工劳动保护特别规定》对女职工“经期、孕期、产期、哺乳期”保护作了规定。
News Background: From October 1, the “Ordinance on Labor Protection of Female Employees in Shanxi Province” was officially implemented. This is a comprehensive local laws and regulations on labor protection for female employees in the province. It is noteworthy that, Shanxi Province, women workers “menopause ” also included in the scope of labor protection. The “Regulations” stipulate that if the female staff and workers who have been diagnosed as menopause syndrome by a second-level medical institution still have no noticeable therapeutic effect, I propose that the employing unit should arrange other suitable working posts if it fails to meet the original labor posts. Previously, the “Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees” promulgated by the State Council in 2012 stipulated the protection of female employees in their menstruation, pregnancy, delivery and breast-feeding periods.
