[目的]观察尤瑞克林联合血必净注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效及凝血功能的影响。[方法]将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予以常规治疗,给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液,连用10d,脑保护、调控血压、神经康复等治疗,治疗组同时给予0.9%生理盐水100ml+0.15PNAU尤瑞克林静脉滴注,每日1次,血必净注射液50ml静滴,每日2次,连用10d。于治疗前后评定神经功能缺损程度(the National Institutes of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力(Activities of daily living,ADL)和临床疗效。通过检测血浆P-选择素、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和D-二聚体水平的变化观察凝血功能情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为66.67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);治疗组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),对照组治疗后各项检测指标与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),治疗后治疗组各项检测指标与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]尤瑞克林联合血必净注射液能明显改善急性脑梗死临床总有效率及对患者的凝血功能有保护作用,在急性脑梗死治疗过程中起重要辅助治疗作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of uracil combined with Xuebijing Injection on the curative effect and coagulation function of acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment. Cinepazide maleate injection was administrated for 10 days. The rats in the treatment group were treated with cerebral protection, blood pressure control and neurological rehabilitation. 0.9% saline 100ml + 0.15PNAU uric acid intravenously, once daily, Xuebijing injection 50ml intravenous infusion, 2 times a day, once every 10d. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Activities of daily living (ADL) and clinical efficacy were assessed before and after treatment. The coagulation function was observed by measuring the plasma P-selectin, von Willebrand factor (vWF) and D-dimer levels. [Results] The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The detection indexes of the treatment group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.01). There were significant differences between the control group before treatment and before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, there was significant difference between the detection indexes in the treatment group and the control group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of uracil and Xuebijing injection can significantly improve the clinical effective rate of acute cerebral infarction and protect the coagulation function of patients, and plays an important adjuvant therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
