通过对50个头颅蝶鞍区颈内动脉的观测,测得两侧颈内动脉在前床突段、海绵窦段及后床突段的距离分别为13.57mm,16.34mm及17.11mm,观察颈内动眯在蝶窦内有隆起者占41.4%。一侧蝶窦与双侧颈内动脉相毗邻者达17侧。对其在临床上的指导意义进行了分析讨论。结论认为在行鞍内肿瘤切除时,向两侧海绵窦方向刮除时最好在20mm以内。颈内动脉管隆起可作为确定视神经管位置的解剖标志。
