开关电容电路是由MOS开关、MOS电容和MOS运算放大器组成的电路。其电路的工作特点是将连续信号离散化处理。开关电容电路系统可以用差分方程来描述,用离散z变换对系统进行频域解析。开关电容滤波器是开关电容电路的中心。和RLC滤波器、RC有源滤波器相比,开关电容滤波器易于实现单片集成化;开关电容滤波器和数字滤波器相比,省去了A/D、D/A装置。开关电容电路应用到模拟电路是模拟电路实现集成化的一个重要突破。
