目的观察粒系集落刺激因子(立生素)和封闭治疗在治疗化疗后骨髓抑制中的疗效对比,探讨一种既安全有效、又经济实惠的改善化疗后骨髓抑制的方法。方法将本院肿瘤科住院的原发性肝癌患者,采取同一方案化疗(健择+顺铂)后,出现相同程度骨髓抑制者46例随机分成2组,分别运用立生素皮下注射及激素(地塞米松)封闭治疗。给药方法:立生素75μg皮下注射,1次/d,第1~3天,地塞米松5 mg双侧足三里交替封闭,1次/d,第1~5天。结果2组患者均在第1~2天开始出现白细胞上升趋势,第3天WBC(4.0~10)×109L-1,有效率100%。结论化疗后骨髓抑制者,应用立生素皮下注射或地塞米松足三里封闭均能达到升白细胞的目的,立生素发生作用快,而封闭治疗起效较缓慢,但效果肯定,且安全、经济。
