目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗急性脑梗塞患者对神经功能缺损度及血液流变学等的影响。方法 对18 例急性脑梗塞患者,采用GXY- Ⅲ型光量子血疗仪,按粟秀初方法进行紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗,记录治疗前后神经功能缺损度总评分,观察治疗前、治疗1 次后24 h、疗程结束后的血液流变学、血气分析、血脂分析及免疫球蛋白等指标变化。结果 神经功能缺损度总评分治疗前后分别为184 分和45 分,差异有非常显著性;全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积及变形指数、血沉方程K 值、纤维蛋白原等,治疗前与治疗1 次后及疗程后比较,差异均有显著性和非常显著性;PO2 、PCO2 红细胞聚集指数、IgG 治疗前与疗程后比,差异均有显著性。结论 急性脑梗塞患者的神经系统功能改善与高粘血症状态的改善密切相关,该方法的治疗可加强有氧代谢,促进病变组织的修复。
Objective To investigate the effects of ultraviolet irradiation and blood oxygenation on neurological deficits and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with GXY-Ⅲ light quantum hematology apparatus and UV-irradiated oxygenation and blood transfusion according to Su Xiuchu’s method. The total score of neurological deficit before and after treatment was recorded. Before treatment, once After 24 h, after treatment, hemorheology, blood gas analysis, blood lipid analysis and immunoglobulin and other indicators change. Results The total score of neurological deficit before and after treatment was 184 and 45 respectively, the difference was statistically significant. The values of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and deformation index, erythrocyte sedimentation rate K value and fibrinogen, After 1 treatment and after treatment, the differences were significant and very significant; PO2, PCO2 erythrocyte aggregation index, IgG before and after treatment than the difference was significant. Conclusion The improvement of nervous system function in patients with acute cerebral infarction is closely related to the improvement of hyperviscosity. The treatment of this method can enhance aerobic metabolism and promote the repair of diseased tissue.
