制备含有模型物信息素、乙酸月桂酯(lauryl acetate或乙酸十二(烷)酯,dodecyl acetate)的分散液滴的明胶-海藻酸钙微粒,以延长向大气缓慢释放信息素的时间。制备这种微粒分两阶段进行:首先是油包水乳液的制备,乳液组成是以乙酸月桂酯为油相,明胶为乳化剂在提供稳定;第二步是混入海藻酸钠溶液后,乳液通过简单的静电交联而埋入微粒中。这发现,微粒的微米级和纳米级的多孔性在控制乙酸月桂酯的释放起着重要的作用。
Gelatin-calcium alginate microparticles containing dispersed droplets of the model substance pheromone, lauryl acetate or dodecyl acetate were prepared to prolong the time for the slow release of pheromone to the atmosphere.
