在当前城市的发展中房地产行业逐渐成为其支柱性产业之一。在房地产建设当中房地产的测绘工作是其重要的环节之一,并且房地产测绘资料在经过相关的管理部门进行确认之后是具有一定的法律效应,在进行房产登记以及转移和处理相关纠纷当中起到应有的作用,并且其质量对于房地产管理人员的自身利益有着直接的关系,因此可以看出房地产测量质量非常重要。随着现阶段房地产测绘不断市场化,其质量也呈现出多样化,这对于房地产的发展有着很大的竞争,但是,正是因为这样才会造成当前房地产实际的测绘中存在很多问题。本文主要就对房产测绘存在的问题与规避方法进行分析。
