目的探讨大鼠心肌梗死动物模型的构建方法。方法用4%水合氯醛麻醉SD大鼠,缝扎左冠状动脉前降支,阻断冠状动脉血流,造成心肌梗死,形成与临床相似的病理生理过程。结果大鼠术后20 min,心电图肢体导联ST段弓背向上抬高,出现病理性Q波。组织切片镜下观察病变区心肌细胞排列紊乱、疏松,细胞核固缩、碎裂。结论该心肌梗死动物模型构建方法简单,创伤轻,成功率高,结果可靠。
Objective To investigate the construction of animal model of myocardial infarction in rats. Methods SD rats were anesthetized with 4% chloral hydrate, sutured the anterior descending coronary artery and blocked the coronary blood flow, resulting in myocardial infarction and forming a similar pathophysiological process. Results In 20 min after operation, ST segments of ST segment of ECG limbs were elevated backwards and pathological Q waves appeared. Microscopic examination of the diseased area of myocardial tissue arranged in disorder, loose, nuclear pyknosis, fragmentation. Conclusion The animal model of myocardial infarction has the advantages of simple construction, light trauma, high success rate and reliable results.
